This filter has better weather resistance compared to “IEC series ”. (Passed 500hr 60C degree, 90% humidity) Transmittance: Absorption starting from 500-600nm, absorbing 700-1000nm. So far we have 6 kinds of IEC-K series. Please consult us even if you need other spec filter. *We do not use fluorine.

Color Compensation Filters (IEC series)

This filter glass has a high transmission rate specifically for the blue through green regions and a steep slope in the red region. It is generally used as a cut filter for longer wavelengths.

Applications: color compensation for digital cameras and cell phones with cameras

Used to correct a light sensor's differences in sensitivity to color. Used for the autofocus function of color copiers and fully automatic cameras.
