Aspherical lenses are designed to eliminate spherical aberration and have excellent light-gathering properties, making them suitable for condensing light or efficiently emitting parallel light from a point light source.
Our company uses press manufacturing method to create lenses with aspherical shapes that cannot be obtained with usual polishing methods. The focal length can be changed by processing the back surface into a spherical surface.
It is also possible to change the outer diameter of the lens by centering, add tempering and coating to the lens, please contact us for details.
